Between 2011 and 2016 I worked at Nextmedia, I started as a Junior Designer, working across all kids titles. Over time I was Art Director of the following: Disney, The Wiggles, Little Angel, Girl Power and Total Girl magazines. This experience armed me with a fountain of knowledge and skills such as magazine production, image editing, typography skills, colour theory, layout design, creating brand guides, time management, managing staff, following design trends, communicating with other clients and departments - and lets not forget the neverending knowledge on pop culture which has made me a hit at trivia nights!
